WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?
A life coach is someone who helps you articulate your dreams, create specific & realistic goals and keeps you accountable. They are non-judgemental, supportive, encouraging and motivating just when you need it.  A life coach is not a therapist and can't help you work though issues from the past.  But a Life Coach will help you see where you are now and work with you to get you where you want to be. A Life Coach wants you to reach your full potential.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A LIFE COACH?
The benefits of having a Life Coach are numerous. But one of the more important ones is having someone that is solely dedicated to you and you achieving your goals. A Life Coach will keep you focused on your goals and focused on moving forward in the right direction. They will enable you to get to where you want to be in life, much faster than you could on your own.

Believe it or not, we hold the keys to the locks that hold our chains tight. We have the answers within us. I create and hold a safe space for you and I to work together, to guide you to the keys/answers. I will be with you through the entire process coaching you as you do the deep digging. Together we break down the old ways that no longer serve you, even if it's uncomfortable at first. From there we create the framework and the plan for you to build the life you want, the life that serves you.

WHAT IS OOLAÂ COACHING?

Living the Oola life is becoming a better version in 7 key areas of your life; fitness, finance, family, field (career), faith, friends, and fun.

We can absolutely do that. Scroll down to "Schedule A Discovery Call" and schedule a free 30 minute Zoom or phone meeting. If we both agree a single session will server you and your goals, we will schedule a time that works best for both of our schedules. Let's do this!

Yes! The 3 session "Green Gap" coaching program will restructure your habits around money. We will create real actionable goals to get you out of debt, create savings and step out from under the burden of financial stress.  Scroll down to "Schedule A Discovery Call" and schedule a free 30 minute Zoom or phone meeting and we can go from there.
HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
The amount of sessions needed will depend on what you are hoping to accomplish. The 10 session package is the most popular and most impactful. I offer a single session option, 5 session package, 10 session package and the life changing 15 session package.  Scroll down to "Schedule A Discovery Call" and schedule a free 30 minute Zoom or phone meeting and we will figure it out.
CAN I BOOK AN IN-PERSONÂ SESSION?
At this time due to current conditions, all discovery calls and coaching sessions are done by Zoom, Skype or phone.  All supplemental materials, work sheets, etc. are delivered to you digitally.
